Any disputes arising under, in connection with or related to this agreement will be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction within the County Courts (Circuit) Rules.

RIGHT TO VARY OR WITHDRAW SERVICES: We have the right, but no obligation, to vary or withdraw services from you, including limiting your access to certain areas of our premises and services offered within them.

REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time without notice, including for changes in laws affecting gambling operations worldwide.
JURISDICTIONAL VENUE: Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to the courts of England for resolution.
